Due to its location, this wave breaks only once or twice a year. The swell MUST be south and consistent.
Atmosphere
Left works best here as right is short and ends right in front of shallow rocks. Need to takeoff early behind the rocks otherwise and drop in before the bowl. Basically one turn and a cutback and its all over but nice and fast. If you miss the drop you'll get washed out into the channel but usually after a bit of a beating. Heavy wave on a big swell. Broken boards not uncommon.

bon on arrete les conneries ! - peut etre kil ya pas de fond des roche en haut en bas en face mais les mec c pas pipe merde .... et les whiteshark on est pas a jbay vous ete ouf ou koi !!!en tous cas mois je veux surfer avec sharky et rocky
je ne suis pas du coin(charente maritime) mais maintenant jy suis sans surfer depuis un mois!!! a kel distance est le spot en caisse ?car jai tres tres tres envie de surfer pour kelk1 ki surf 2 fois par semaine aidez moi svp ts les combien de temps +- sa marche en dec jan ..
quel sont les condit ? quel vent ? tempete et le lendemain petit swell ? svp de laide sur mon mail pour ke ts les wannasurfer ne voyent pas et kel sont les spot de la region au topten ?alentours canne antibe ? 1 heure de route max ?> merci pour le genereux surfeur ki voudra aidez un vrai surfeur et non pas un trapeziste polonais ki surf en ete ...

Lol - Mdr ne dîtes pas c'est super dangereux à cause du fond xD
On peut largement tomber sans se faire mal, venez un peu du côté du var ou de Marseille, là-bas on prend des gros slab avec 50cm de profondeur
