- Localism
This spot seems to have a lot of local boogie boarders present, I experienced a blatent drop in there by one. Other than that, it gets pretty crowded especially in Summer. It seems to have a nice bank there at the moment, and offers quite a clean protected set up when all the other beaches are wind blown or too big. The water is especially clear here, don´t forget a good steamer...it´s freezing !
Atmosphere
If you are not riding a lid, you will probably be an outcast here.
General
There is a handy resturant on the beach which has a good grilled pork steak. Cheap beers and snacks. Lots of english tourists both in and out of the water.

Class - As a bodyboarder I found this spot to be brilliant! The standard of bodyboarding is very good here. I also found the locals not to be too bad comparing with some other spots around here.

- this wave can get a bit messy in the summer with the NE wind but when you get a 4 to 5 ft swell in the winter with a E wind it can be class good waves on the river mouth had a bit hever on the mid beach the beach is big and a nuff room for all with lots of difret stial of wave at difren times of tide

- It's a pretty nice beach, not a bad set up too.It was really windy everywhere else but this spot was pretty clean with not too many crew out, definately worth checking out. Cold water though!
