Surf Spots

There is a great variety of nearby surf spots for all levels within walking range. The best thing is that it’s hardly ever crowded and you can learn to surf in safety without any concern. If you are looking to explore the coastline and surf the best breaks in the region, check with our local surf guide who will take you to the right place. Extra activities

We keep your holiday active and you are free to join our many extra activities like a game of beach volley or just cruising through the nearby forest park with the longboards or bicycle. Also do we take you to try the delicious and fresh Portuguese cuisine. Capitao Gancho is a local restaurant right on the beach in front of our Surf Hostel. They serve a special menu to all our guests and it’s a great place to enjoy excellent sea food with a stunning ocean view.

General

This is the beach right in front of our new Surf House. It’s one of the nicest and longest beaches in the region, offering a wide choice of shifting sandbanks and hidden breaks that can result in excellent waves. The surf House has a very privileged location, with easy access to the middle of the beach which is great to reach all breaks. For this reason there is not much chance to get too much crowd.
