there´s a car park in fron of the beach.
The best spot is the one which breaks behind the big rock.
Be careful whith the runnings, they can move you until the rock.
there are more basque surfers than locals
Atmosphere
in winter it´s cold and rainy but if you find a sunny day you will enjoy it.
in summer it´s always sunny, but it´s difficult to find a good wave day.
General
you can enjoy it all day because it´s never crowded.

Carlos - Was there in Nov 2005, there was no wave for 5 days. Very cold. but it looks like it can be a cool place in the summer. Be back to check it out.

great summer surf - was here august 05 and there was a consistant 5 foot clean surf for about 3 or 4 days. amazing for summer surf but the sea was packed with people messing about on bodyboards who continuously got in the way if you came too far in but outback was almost empty. great weather and atmosphere made for a great time.
