Photo #2 - This spot is not Deba...obviously. It's a spot about 2KMs up the road just before the town of Mutriku. Locals know it but it's uncommon to see visiting surfers. I surfed it a few times while I was living in San Sebastian. It can be a rather intense spot. Swell can come up quickly, shifty sets, and always very steep drops. Just to make things worse there is a dramatically strong lateral current that can zoom down towards Deba. Get ready to paddel!
