Head Towards newquay from st merryn/padstow along the main road, follow the signs for porthcothan/newquay and you will come to a junction with a pub on your left (tredrea inn) follow the road to the bottom of the hill until you reach a bridge, u can see the sea from here, to park go over the bridge and take the first left into the car park. Local - im a local (5 minute walk) and surfed here a few times but constantine/d-land is better, janimal shut up! bet you never surfed here more than once.
