right on bro!! - i agree with big grizzly in a slightly less extreme way. ive only surfed here once a while ago but thought id leave it to the local lads, and now im happy to surf a slab which i recently found, its barely surfed as well.

well the glory days are over now! - well the glory days are over!there was a time whena young budding groups of surfers who didn't have acar could walk to cabbage patch and the ppoint on a good winter swell and get it pretty much to ourselves, now there every man and his dog down there! there's even bl@@dy windw@nkers down there too flapping for breeze, twats!i no everyone say's it but why don't you all stay away and look for your own gems, most of you don't belong down here, and now the bleeding university campus in falmouth is attracting more student dickheads down this way its just been ruined.surfing isn't about being cool and wearing the gear, its about being able to find your own space with your mates local friends and scoring decent uncrowded waves!!so why don't you all piss off and leave our south coast slabs to us and STAY AWAY!

Da Patch - Whenever this place is working, perranuthnoe is a whole lot better. On a big swell and low tide perran can be a powerful beast, whereas Da Patch is a fat wave. On the plus side it's less crowded. For the moment.
