Nice break, lots of rocks but small breaks in the rocks. Go right form the parking are to get to the beach. Keep on walking and you will see a finger of rocks out to see. At mid tide a nice right breaks off here if the swell is right but it is very shallow. sketchy spot - the reef is very sketchy, its kinda shallow, maybe waist deep on a head high wave, but its stupidly jagged and bumpy, so you can be lucky and wipeout badly and not hit anything, or you could end up on your back on a bit of exposed reef, especially on lower tides, there are bits of reef sticking up in the line-up. the wave isnt really that hollow/powerful considering how shallow it is, rides are short, it really isnt that good.

great wave - thats a load of crap, this wave is amazing and breaks a lot more often than people are letting on. The reef isn't sharp, its a mellow reef with large boulders covered in kelp. When you wipe out its like bouncing off a trampoline!!
