Wisemans is an exceptionally heavy lefthander and should be tackled only by experienced surfers. The ability to know when and when not to go on a wave is vital as many of the waves bottom out. If you hook a good one you're in for a Pipe-like barrel. Stuff it up and you're in for a kicking!!. Crowds are never a problem- in fact the biggest problem is getting someone to surf the place with you.
