- Pollution
Theres a car park along seaford seafront and from there a 10 min walk
Atmosphere
Knowone really comes to this spot its full of the same crowd who like to keep it that way. It is hardly noticable and is 10-15 min walk along old train track on the east of seaford beach. I dont think people know how good this place can get compared to brighton.
General
It can kick up a nice wave, it breaks really clean with a south east swell as the lighthouse and skelleton arm shield the spot from rips, chopiness etc

- surfed it years ago and remember spottin a small metal stake coming out of the beach, be aware it might still be there. Can be a hell of a shore dump, have a ding kit standing by!
