Park on the seafront, or if its summer and your feeling a bit flush after pay day, you can park in the car park at the south end of the beach. If it is summer, try not to offend the hordes of tourists by flashing your bits when you get changed. Trust me, I flashed by accident and was threatened with the local constabulary by some bright red, sunburnt person, for apparently going out of my way to offend his overweight wife. Not nice!!
Atmosphere
Its normally pretty chilled here. The locals let you get on with whatever your doing, but it can get frustrating during the warmer months when the water does get a bit more crowded due to the influx of tourists into the area.
General
Its a pretty good wave, doesn't really ever get amazing, but when the swell is there it does hold it's own against most of the other spots in the area. There's nearly always learners in the water during summer, but hardly ever any problems between guys in the water.

Broadhaven South... - ...is a heavy little beachbreak with good wedges! Really good fun! The other Broadhaven in the north does indeed suck..

Confusion!! - There is a little bit of confusion here. There are in fact 2 Broadhaven's in Pembs. One is in north Pembs and one is in the South. The north break is about 6 miles south of Newgale and on the whole is pants. It will only work if there is a big swell and and the winds are off shore or light SW. It will then be clean and uncrowded and may be worth checking out if Newgale is too big to surf (closes out above 6ft) or the SW wind blows it to pieces. Broadhaven South is a completely different animal. Wedgy and dangerous and not for beguinners, it is also difficult to find and will only hold a small crowd so thats all the info you will get.
