- Localism
Small, hollow waves on a shallow reef. The take off area is small and can handle only few surfers.
Atmosphere
It rarely breaks, and isn't a perfect wave, but it has its days...watch for locals

- Chart House does break. You just have to know wind, swell, and tide. It is very fickle, but when everything comes together, you can get some sick tubes!

Unridable. - I drive past this break twice a day, 5 days a week: from and to work. And I must say that this beach really never breaks. It's always breaking on the rocks and the waves are pretty choppy. In the 3 years of driving past this place, I have probably seen it surfable less than 10 times. And when there is even a ripple, atleast 5 guys are out... And the take off point is tiny...If there's waves, you're better off going to Sunset or Topanga. Even if there is a crowd, you'll still be getting more consistent and better waves (without the biiiig risk of hitting rocks at charthouse).
