directions are so wrong - the directions to this break are so wrong. you end up in ocean beach near the pier.

- Dude standard, you are so freakin right. This place is the shit when it's going off. You can get tubed so much. But lets keep it as a standard spot. Would want the kooks to figure out it's a good spot.

Directions are perfect - Dude you're crazy. I live two blocks from here. W. Point Loma to Voltaire. If you park at the north end, you're surfing the jetty. If you park at the south end, you're at avalanche. Even if you end up at the pier (dont see how to miss the first turn tho) just walk down the beach for 3 minutes and you're back at avalance. Yay!!! It is a fun wave. Uncrowded in winter but every idiot and his great granpappi are here in the summer. Especially after 5. Leave the long boards at home damn you!!!!
