- Localism
The spot is like a cleaner new port beach with a cliff side and clean white sand. It is located between north carlsbad and encenitas california. Great beach for everyone. There are sea life but very few. Clean water average 4-5 foot waves.
Atmosphere
waves can get big on a good swell in winter months and still have small to moderate crowds. During summer on any swell crowds can go from moderate to semi large.
General
home spot nothing special unless you live nearby.

idiots - I surfed/lived at Luecadia in the 60's. Was an odd but friendly place. Sounds like it is now rampant with idiots that have difficulity articulating their backward thoughts.

how sad it is - When I read what you guy's are saying it makes me cry,I had a girlfriend who lived in a modular home in a sort of trailer community right on la costa rd on the edge of the cliffs-does anybody know what happened to that place cause it looks like all new plastic houses now (how sad cause it was so cool and laid back)yep the waves were rarely good but it was an awesome place to hang.If anyone knows the story about what happened there please comment.so cal is pretty much destroyed your freedoms and cool; spots are all gone so all the paranoid boneheads can move in and take over-riding horses on the streets of leucadia wow what a cool memory but just a nice memory. The next target for destruction is baja pretty soon you'll have to scratch just to be alone down there too!
