- Rocks
parking is limited but you can walk! It is a fun wave but it breaks on occassion. watch out for rocks and it is about a 10 minute paddle to the reef. Have fun!!!
Atmosphere
This is the place to be in the summer. freindly crowds pack the area. there is alot of beach to hang out and watch the interesting bodies. other than that there is a good beach break but like i said to get to the reef it is a good paddle out...
General
I love the reef and the location. fun lefts and rights. gets big and powerful on big days with hollow tubes. Fun as Hell

Uh, lots of kelp - breaks like twice a year, in the middle of a giant kelp patch. You can't even ride the wave because the kelp is so thick. Even tried taking off my leash, total joke.

Whiners - You don't like rocks or kelp or paddling? Maybe you shouldn't surf in California.
The reef breaks well infrequently but it can get pretty good on big days. if you have a good attitude you'll have fun here.
