Outside Log Cabins is a tow in spot only. When it is truly big, you will need to tow out from Haleiwa Harbor to get to this spot. The largest wave on record, close to 80', has been surfed by Ken Bradshaw at Outside Log Cabins. The outer reefs of Oahu hold even bigger, as claimed by the Willis brothers:

- Finally this big wave has been added. Its a wonder of the world. Biggest Wednesday showed this outer reef was Oahu's heavyweight in the sport of tow surfing. When will someone add Phantoms? Thats gotta be one of the best left hand tow spots in the world after Belhara. Come on guys, get goin....Cheers.

4th biggest? I think it IS the biggest. - The wave Bradshaw rode here is in the GBWR's as the biggest ridden wave. Close to 80'. There are other big wave spots on Oahu that need to get added: Himalayas, Outside Puena Pt (which has some of the longest right hand rides in the world), Phantoms (surfed it once, and it is an INSANE wave), Avalanche.
