Just like the other Long Beach surf spots along the boardwalk. Drive West from the main Long Beach Blvd. On Broadway and it has a building on the corner of it called Hoffman Manor.

This spot like most of the Long Island spots is more consistent in the summer, but gets nicer swells in the Winter months when only the hardcore surfers are out. During winter on a sick 7ft day this place has tops of 20 surfers.

Atmosphere

General

Great spot for local Long Beach'ers. Out of towners are sometimes frowned upon and can easily be spotted because of their lame out of town surf shop stickers. One definite way to "get in" well with the locals is support the local popular surf shop "Unsound Surf" and get the $1 sticker and put it on ur board or car. Dont drop in people or u'll be bitched around by everyone in the water.
