monroe surfing - monroe surfing is rather rocky, since there is no beach. however it's not very crowded, is inexpensive (imaginary) and just as good as the neighboring towns (no beach either)

spongers - i am a sponger and love the beach, i typically go during sept-nov which is off th ehook during hurricane season and in summer i got secret spots but def a decent break!!!
