Surf school - I see Skudin's surf school on the West end during the summer when you're not allowed to surf in swimming designated areas. Come early, no fee. Sand bars shift from week to week, so the typical sandy beach break will keep you guessing. Forget high tide during the summer. When the swell height is over 3-4ft and it's low tide, you'll actually see something you can ride.

- you dont have to pay if you go early. and theres never any people there at like 6-8:30ish. theres really no locals except for the few retards who think its "their beach" and the kid who sits on a surfboard pretending he knows what hes doing. this summer was actually really good for the most part. but september-ish is definitely the best for li surf ALWAYS.
