the surf isnt ever really too crowded, because the majority of the tourists who want to surf are usually in sea isle or ocean city. theres always a handful of locals dispersed amongst the 10 or so beaches that make up strathmere. 7th street is adjacent to a boogie boarding beach in the summer, and a lot of times there are quite a few fisherman along the waters edge so be careful about them, getting hooked would suck. best surf is in late september and october after all the tourists leave and the beach is basically empty. surf is great when we get a storm. the guards around here are pretty chill for the most part, but i think its best when you go after 5, which is when they and the majority of the tourists leave for the day.

Stratmerian's are Whaler's you SIC local! - 7th street IS in Sea Isle city you friggin' SIC-o jerk!! You couldn't see that's wussup even if ya could see the backside of a whale!!! We Whalers don't need no whimpy SIC boys whining about what street is what NOT!!!! Just stay home SICk punk!!!!!
