Looking at the beach there are rocks to the left, you can see them at low tide. late June through mid August, there are life gaurds, stay to the way left or way right.
During the life gaurd time of the year, when driving south go past the sign and park at a rockey dune and surf it on the otherside.
Atmosphere
Mostly old kind longboarders, about 75% of the time you can use a shortboard. A pretty fun wave. Buy all of your supplies at cinnamon rainbows surf shop.
General
Pretty fun spot. Hard paddle out on big stormy days though.

Surfing Edicate at Jenness - Some of you just getting into the sport, please remember who has the right of way. This beach has gotten super crowded over the years and if we can all respect each others position on the wave, it can be a great time for everyone. Thanks & Have fun !
