Additional Information
There is limited parking here so it's kind of difficult to access. People in charge of the Beach Club don't like you to use the showers either so don't plan on rinsing off.

Atmosphere
This spot has become one of my favorites this year because it seems to break harder and slightly bigger than other places along the Outer Banks. It's best out to the right in front of the storm drain. I've seen many sharks here on dawn patrols, but it's a good clean break with the right swell and wind direction. The wave is almost always hollow and it's great fun when it's not too crowded. Like almost all beach breaks though, there is plenty of peaks to go around.

General
Localism isn't a problem unless you run into some dumb people that probably aren't even really locals. Just be courteous and remember some people actually do live here and it's not just a vacation spot and you'll be alright. Respect everyone in the lineup, locals and tourists alike.
