Everyone is having fun, the local surfer's are friendly and everyone talks to you. Bunches of spots to surf at the St. Augustine beach and really laid-back crowd! Go hit up the tropical restaurants nearby!

Not for beginners - Surf somewhere else ,you will have more fun !! Very crowded and you must be aggressive to surf the Pier !

secret beginner spot - yea the pier is way too crowded for beginners, you guys should surf vilano it is a good beginner wave. or the matanzas inlet right near the rivermouth.
