It is a peaky spot with some power for SC. Usually uncrowded, but there's really only one or two peaks that fortunately often split left and right. The spot is friendly. Say hello to people out there and they are often happy. Sometimes the spoiled kids get angry that you're surfing there, but what can they do? Just nod, smile and take off.
Atmosphere
Some people are semi-aggressive and some are super chill. Surfing's for everyone, especially in SC.
General
This spot is great fun when you catch it good. It's very fickle and you have usually about a two hour window to catch it at optimal conditions. I like it because I live nearby, but it's really not worth the drive if you're closer to Folly.

Shananigans! - Darn right! All those little BIP hooligans keep getting in the way of my 7 "7" liquid shredder. They keep saying something like if you take off on the inside you have the right of way, but all thats a bunch of nonsense. I do what I want and I'll off cut them every time or run them over with my styrofoam hog. I may be old, fat, and angry but I know a boondoggle when I see one!I am the pack leader of Troop 159 and all of us are NAMBLA members!
