 Additional Information

Spot isn't the best but it seems its day locals are kind of protective but as long as you aren't being a jerk then you will be fine. Basically on a swell it's a left, mostly closeouts. But if you pick the right wave it can be fun. It's a fun chop break which then breaks both ways.

the locals are cool - Im a local. Dont try to scare people from coming here. The stoke is for everyone to share. If theyre giving you grief, they aint local. AND WE RESPECT the locals when we head up coast and we head up often. Maybe all that trash you talk is why you are not welcome, just sayin...

Pompano Local - Second Street is a fast Hollow wave and demands quick reflexes. I have been surfing for 30 years in Florida and have never had a problem at any other breaks. From Trip Freeman Mebourne to Mark Mertins.( Ft lauderdale.
