Inlet - Boca Inlet kicks the pavilions ass. Pavilion is way overcroweded and you have to dodge the tourists and canadians on boogie boards. Inlet has no one on the beach ever and only a few guys regularly surf it. Pavilion is way overrated. If its a smallish waist high swell and the jettys not working the first condo south is great
