Once you get to Playa Grande, you go to the left of the beach to the pier and there you are. Use the channel next to the pier, to paddle out, because it sucks you right to the takeoff area. if you get lucky - the thing with biologia is that you need to check it al the time. for example, a swell hits thet morning, but if the wind changes south, you´re fucked up. its very inconcistent and unpredictable.all the same you can get pretty decnte surf ( from 1m to +2, maybe), sometimes very glassy and with a tube section also. the water gets very cold on winter, but its then when it gets really good. come and see for yourself. but prepare a chilean or peru trip as a plan b.
