About this place - I/´ve been there and the wave is real. Probably the best right hand in São Paulo. I know a lot of surfers that have been over there and all say the same, great wave.
If you decide to go over there, go first to Praia Branca and talk to Valclei. He is local at Praia Branca and knows very well Montão de Trigo. Also he maybe can take you there.

- Hey folks, How you doing(question) For your own good, let me tell you, it's all fake, this pictures have been taken in Indonesia. This is a trick campaingn to promote boat trips to the little islands around, fo U$ 25,00 a head. It's all about making money and selling magazines by fooling the inocent tourists and surfers. I have been there, positively, there is no surf. The name of the place is "Montão de trigo", wich means wheat moutain. There is none of that there neither. It's all a huge lie. All thats existis in this place is a rock island, mostly, surrounded by cliffs. And there are a some agressive lunatics there. I will explain: There is a small communit living there and the legend says that they have been making sex with their relatives for decades, so the next generations always cames with genetic atocities in their genes, making then misterious, amorphous and very, I mean very agressive. Once, I was waiting for the tide, to see if there was any waves there for real, and those lunatics came to the cliff and started to throw rocks on our boat. I mean, 10 inch diameter stones and even firing pieces of wood. That was the last time I had been down there. Please, my friends, do not get fooled by brazilian surf magazines and by faked photos, stay out of this place or you can become dinner for this primates. I serious. Keep it safe, Franco.
