surfing on july - hy, i´m going to surf arround Barraquilla/Santa Marta spots in the first week of july.. it´s my first time there and i wanna know where can i get good waves, wich beaches,if i need realy to rent a car.If someone else will be there to surf too and want the split the price of the car rental will be good.... that´s it. I´m from Brazil and i´m arriving in the end of june. see´ya.
