In Puerto Ayora area. First ask someone which way to Tortuga Bay, Then its a long 15 minute walk from the Hotel strip to the beginning of whats now known as " The Great Wall Of The Galapagos ". Once you make it up a 5 minute hill walk, you then have atleast a 20 minute walk on this wall through a cactus and mangrove forest in the blazing sun. You cant ride bikes or skateboards to make it faster due to its laws to keep this place a national park.

Additional Information
This spot is a fun but very fickle wave. It can get nice size if there is a strong southern swell. There are not that many regualr surfers so it makes for a fun quiet session. You will also experience some of the coolest nature adventures while walking, surfing or just lating out in the sun. Marine iguanas, sea turtles, blue footed boobies and sea lions frequent the waters regularly here. Oh yeah, the local galapagos shark pops up here and there too !

Tortuga - When I was there the waves were about chest to head high for two weeks straight. It only works on mid to high tide, and at most you'll be out there with 5 people. The locals are mellow and will certainly flash you a hang loose. While in town, get some coconut milk from the vendor by the kids rides. You'll need it after that long walk. Don't worry about the sharks, according to the locals they are vegetarians in Tortuga Bay.
