never go there - i was there, but the waves were bad, dont go , surf another wave like puerto viejo , punta rocas , punta hermosa, las palmas are a bad wave realy dont go there

palmas not great - ok i dont know who gave palmas 3 stars...EVEN WORSE called it a regional classic ....HAHAHA...that is ridiculous. EXPERIENCED SURFERS???? another silly comment. i would say palmas is great for kids to learn how to surf. palmas breaks from 10 to 20 meters from shore...waves are small and of very short duration...sandy bottom. super safe...pool like at times. if you get lucky you might get 1 or 2 tiny tubes. pictures shown here are accurate though.
