Its an easy wave, although it usuaully tends to close out when the swell is large.
Its a very polluted beach but it is probably the best beach that you can surf in a 1-15 minute drive. You park your car infront of the beach and enter, you can spot your car no problem from inside.
Atmosphere
The waters can disgust surfers with some floating debris. Occasionally there is debris. If not, it tends to look clean. Cold waters all year round, unless El Nino. Since close, a lot of Lima's surfers surf that beach, tends to always be crowded.
General
Its the best wave in the Lima area. Most Peruvian surfers come down to this beach to surf beacuse of its distance. It isn't a great wave, but when its hard to go South, it satisfies the need to surf.

tiburones en peru - en peru si hay tiburones, pero son mas chicos que mi dedo meñique. la verdad es que no hacen ningun daño, solo comen peces mas chiquitos q mi uña! y broder, las playas son increibles las olas llegan a 2 m en marea baja! o sea las mejores playas del mundo estan en PERU!!! :)

Punta roquitas clasico - Nada mejor que una sesion en Punta Roquitas (cuando se esta en lima).Buenas vibras, y en invierno mejores swells

- Al payaso que escribio , que en peru hay tiburones, mira cholo tu debes de ser bien karmoso causa xq en los 10 años que llevo corriendo tabla en el peru nunca he visto ni siquiera 1 asi que estas hablando wuevadas, y al parecer creo que eres perucho y no cabe en la cabeza como puedes poner un comentario tal como, no vengan a Perú, el peru es lo maximo y si no te gusta andate a vivir a china pe ,a ver si halla si te gusta...
