Park your car in Makaha parking area were it can be looked after.
Atmosphere
Redondo is an easy and fun wave to ride. The paddle is short and you can ride close to shore or further out.
General
This is where I learned to surf, the crowd is friendly and the wave is not aggressive. I recommend this spot for beginners.

Good for beginners, but very crowded - I learned to surf here thanks to a friend. It is a great beach for beginners since the waves aren't too scary, but there's still powerful enough to get you up.
