a local who knows el pinar - i surfed 10 years in el pinar ... the lasts 2 years theres a decreciment of the waves . the beach is not the same ....the best place to go, the final of the pando river , 6 km to the east , sometimes this place (2or3 times at year)looks like hawaii... its incredible, but is sometimes only.scuse my english, years later i go to all the east of uruguay and i know all the places to go, theres really paradises, unknown for the ordinary people,thanks for speak about a litlle place , im so far know of my country....
