It sucks, but it can be surfed so if you pass by Uruguay and you find an epic day, you can surf 1/2 meter. Anyway, it is a wave in a river, brown water, pollution, etc. I recommend going to the skate park that is 3 blocks away from the beach.

its a river - forget about surfing here its a river, go to a beach further east. one with salt water and waves
