the ollie - I saw a guy on you tube popping a little ollie on his board on this wave and boy was it ever gay. That guy should check out some real high performance surfing. Check anything Dane Reynolds does, Ozzie wright or Shawn Barney Barron. That's real air catching shit. The ollie is great on a skateboard down some steps or onto a bench. The french dude who calls himself "monkey" and ollies on river waves is as lame as a steaming pile of dog shit.

by the way - this is not a surf spot. It's a pocket on the rapids. Kayakers use it. It's not a breaking wave , you should see it in early spring, it's barely even a ripple
