A beach all to yourself! sounds good doesnt it .... theres even a nice left break at a spot off the beach called Toll Hill. Very remote location, but there is cheap accomidations right beside the beach in little huts that are available year round (with nobody there in the winter PERIOD). The water will be quiet cold and go with the idea of surfing Alaskan water. Also keep in mind the ferry
