ex gringo - spectacular. Picture oil slicked water that you can actually taste from a refinery just upriver that perpertually spits flames out of massive smokestacks. Out to sea there are typically a few thousand pelicans dropping human sized bombs into the lineup. A dead pelican will often float by or bumb into you when duckdiving. The surf is small with tons of closeouts and you are constantly weaving through spongers. The empanadas are awesome
